Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense, is a herbal extract taken from the Boswellia Serrata tree.

Adult Dosage:

Initially start with two Boswellia capsules twice daily for one week, then one capsule twice daily.

If symptoms persist consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

Do not exceed the stated dose. 60 Capsules
