1. Pain Relief: Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense, is a herbal extract taken from the Boswellia Serrata tree. Studies have found that the most biologically active component in the herb is 3-O-acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid (AKBA). This compound inhibits the action of 5-lipoxygenase, which is an enzyme involved in the biochemical cascade that leads to inflammation.
The Coolherbals Pain Thermal wrap can be used regularly to alleviate symptoms. It adds heat to the area and removes ama or waste toxins from the skin out. It is an easy wrap. Every day apply the paste and heat creating film, leave on for 30 minutes and remove. Then massage with the pain relief oil supplied in the kit.
